‘**TRIED BY THE WORD**
Reference: Psalm 105:17 & 19
‘He sent a man before them, even Joseph, who was sold for a servant: ....Until the time that his word came: the word of the Lord tried him.’

Contrary to the often held belief, Joseph was not sent to Egypt by his brothers. Out of hatred and envy, they sold him off to the Ishmaelites, but they were just pawns in a grand Divine scheme to lift Joseph beyond his wildest dreams and expectations.

It must also be understood that it is not every trial that is ‘satanically  or demonically’ engineered. Joseph’s word (prophecy) came to pass after ‘the Word of God’ had tried him.

Job had the same conviction.

‘But he knoweth the way that I take: when he hath tried me, I shall come forth as gold.’
Job:23:10

God never tries anyone, rather His word does. A student is not necessarily examined by his teacher, but rather by the curriculum he has studied.
The teacher’s responsibility ends with taking the student through the course. The student’s ability to master what he has been taught is what differentiates the ‘A’ student from the average.

Let’s quit seeing the hands of devils or witches in every challenge or difficulty, and patiently bear our crosses, knowing very well that..’the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you ‘ 1 PET. 5:10
Shalom.

DAY 5 OF 21 DAYS FASTING & PRAYERS PROGRAM

*ALL NATIONS CHRISTIAN CENTER* DAY 5 OF 21 DAYS FASTING & PRAYERS PROGRAM Friday, 10th January, 2020 ===================== Topic: Waiting On The Lord. By Rev. Ramson A. Darteh ====================== Reference:  Isaiah 40:31 ‘But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.’ Waiting on the Lord entails fasting, prayers and meditation on the Word. Waiting,  in reality ‘detoxifies’  us of carnality, and makes the strength of God available to us. It is said that ‘one cannot be God full till he or she is self empty.’ In the reference text above, Prophet Isaiah compares  the process the eagle goes through  to the experience anyone who waits on the Lord undergoes. It is speculated that an eagle lives an average of fifty years. During its mid life, it undergoes a crisis and starts loosing its strength. It consequently soars to th...

*Right Word: By Rev. Ramson Asante Darteh* Thursday, 13thJune, 2019 *HONORING THE MEMORY OF A MATRIARCH* "...And Sarah died in Kirjath-arba; the same is Hebron in the land of Canaan: and Abraham came to mourn for Sarah, and to weep for her..." GENESIS 23:3 Today’s write up will depart slightly from my normal messages of exhortation. For it is dedicated to honoring the memory of my mother, Mad. Mary Ama Ofosuaa, whose funeral rites holds over this weekend. Death, as we are all aware, is a debt we owe. The late musical icon, Michael Jackson put it this way, "we start dying the moment we are born". Despite the certainty of death, it is often hard to take when it hits so close to home. You looked so strong, vibrant and so full of life. In your ninety years sojourn on earth, l don’t recall ever visiting you at the hospital. At a point in time, l had this misguided belief that you would always be there! It is often said that "...the passing away of an o...
